A “Kakkarisi Natakam” was conducted in the school premises on 09/12/13, organized by the District “Suchitva Mission” in collaboration with the District Panchayat. The mission’s main motive was to make the students aware of the diseases spread by improper waste disposal. The programme was conducted as a part of the mission’s aim at uplifting the district as a “Clean District”.
The programme was inaugurated by the School Sanitation Leader who spoke on Sanitation measures. Smt. Rathikala. B, the faculty from “Suchithva Mission” spoke about the mission’s aim in making the district clean. The “Kakkarisi Natakam” conveyed its message through songs and dances. The programme was a huge success in motivating the students and making them aware of keeping the surrounding clean and tidy through proper waste disposal.
The mission fulfilled Sat Guru Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi’s dream project “Amala Bharatam Campaign” making India “Clean India, Beautiful India”.
