In the SPOT, examination conducted by Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, students of Amrita Vidyalayam, Pathanamthitta excelled with their outstanding performance.
SPOT exam which identify the science quotient among the students was conducted in two levels. In the preliminary level exam, about 200 students from Std III to XII, participated and 33 students were qualified for the final level.
SPOT intended to promote science talent of the students.It also evaluate the imaginative and analytical skill of the students.
In the final level exam, our students claimed the top position thus eligible for receiving scholarship from Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre.
Geethika .A of STD III clinched top position in the final exam .Gopika.S of STD IV and Naveen Krishna .N of Std VII excelled in the final level. P.R Jaganmayan of STD VIII topped first in the final SPOT, from STD X, Devi Prakash, Navaneeth Krishna. A and Vaishnav. R bagged top position. Sidhi Shajan and Devika Jayadevan of Std XI came up with flying colors in final SPOT exam, then eligible for receiving scholarship.
