An election is the one of the essential pillars of democracy, as this is a mechanism by which people can choose their representatives at regular intervals, and change them if they wish to do so. The school election gives the opportunity to foster skills like leadership, communication, teamwork, organization, and public speaking in the students. Our school election was held on 12th June 2023, and students of classes I to XII cast their votes. The election results were announced on the same day.
School Head Girl, School Head Boy, House Captains, Vice-captains, and Sports Captains were elected from Amritamayi, Anandamayi, Chinmayi and Jyothirmayi houses. Parvathy Vijayan (XII) is the School Head Girl, and the School Head Boy is Aryan B. (XI). For Amritamayi House, House Captain is Abhimanyu Shibu (X), Vice-captain is Medha Manoj (IV), and Sports Captain is Athul Ajay (X). House Captain Lakshmi Nair (IX), Vice-captain Gopika R. Nair (IV), and Sports Captain Neeraj K. (X) were elected from Anandamayi House. In Chinmayi House, House Captain is Devananda Rajesh (IX), Vice-captain is Aswin R. Pillai (IV), and Sports Captain is Ragini G. Nair (X). House Captain Sabari Krishna (X), Vice-captain Devamrita Prashanth (IV), and Sports Captain Keerthana M. (X) were elected from Jyothirmayi House.
