On 5th June 2024, we celebrated World Environment Day with great enthusiasm and fervour. The event aimed to raise awareness about environmental conservation, and foster a sense of responsibility among students. The celebration commenced with a skit titled “Eco Warriors” presented by the students of Class X. The skit conveyed the necessity of conserving nature. Krishnapriya Vinod Pillai recited a beautiful poem related to nature. As a part of the day’s activities, a tree planting ceremony was conducted. The principal, vice principal, science teachers and 6th grade students planted a neem tree on the school premises. The day was well celebrated, with the active participation of the students as well as the teachers.
