National Doctor’s Day honours medical professionals for their contributions to society and the community. On July 1, 2024, we celebrated this day with enthusiasm and fervour. An informative session was organized, featuring our former student Dr. Meenu Krishna M (BAMS, DIAC) as the guest. She was warmly welcomed by our Vice Principal, Sumangala Ma’am.
Dr. Meenu interacted with the students of classes VII and VIII, sharing her experiences and emphasizing the importance of preventive health care during the rainy season. The event concluded with an interactive session where students clarified their doubts regarding communicable diseases.
Overall, the National Doctor’s Day celebration at Amrita Vidyalayam Pathanamthitta was a resounding success. It instilled a sense of appreciation for doctors in the young minds and fostered a deeper understanding of the medical profession.
