Karkidaka Food Fest was celebrated on July 27, 2024, showcasing a vibrant array of traditional Ayurvedic and seasonal foods. Both students and teachers actively participated in the event. The delicious and healthy Karkidaka Kanji and Oushadha Kanji added flavour to the occasion, while displays of leafy vegetable stir-fry, banana flower stir-fry, and sprouted seeds and cereals highlighted our rich culinary heritage. A special highlight was the display of various Ayurvedic medicinal plants. The fest provided a unique opportunity for students to explore and appreciate the significant connection between diet and health.
