In the 19th All Kerala CBSE State Kalalsav, held at Holy Grace Academy, Mala, Thrissur, Students of Amrita Vidyalayam Pathanamthitta stamped their authority in various events. The fest was inaugurated by the honourable Education Minister Sri. Abdul Rub on 12/12/13.
Vivek Jayasimhan of Std XII stunned his opponents by securing the ‘Kala Prathiba’ title. In Category V, Vivek stamped his authority in all events he participated. He made a comprehensive lead over his opponents by securing 1st position A Grade in Bharatanatyam (Boys). The dance ‘maestro’ Vivek Jayasimhan had been the winner in Bharatanatyam for the past few years. He triumphed in Folk Dance and Mono Act getting the 1st position with A grade.In literal items too he proved his talent by securing B Grade for Malayalam Recitation and Story writing.
The ‘Kala Prathiba’ award was distributed by the famous film artist Sri Bala. Many Students claimed envious position in various events in All Kerala CBSE State Kalolsav. In category II, G R Nandana of Std IV claimed 1st position A’Grade in Folk Dance and she received A’Grade for English Story telling.
Parvathy M of Std XII , defeated her opponents in various classical dance items.In Category V ,Mohiniyattom,Parvathy titled 1st position A’Grade.She got IInd position A Grade in Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam.She secured A’Grade in all events she participated,including Folk Dance.
Aswin R Nath Of Std VII secured IInd position A’Grade for Painting (Water Colour) in category III.
Chaithanya Prakash, Std V,the buddy dancer titled IIIrd position, A Grade in Bharathanatyam(Girls) category III.The young talented dancer proved her talent by securing A’Grade in Folk Dance and Mohiniyattam.She also excelled in literary items securing A Grade in Mono Act and Malayalam Recitation. Sooraj S Sethu of Std VII,secured IIIrd position, A’Grade for Cartoon in category III.
The music ‘Maestro’ Arjun B Nair of Std VIII,titled IInd position A Grade for light music and IIIrd position A’Grade for classical music in category IV.He proved his talent in Sanskrit Recitation securing A Grade. In Category IV, Aiswarya M Nair secured IIIrd position A grade for Folk Dance. She also secured A Grade for Essay Writing (Hindi) and B Grade in Story Writing (Malayalam)
Many other students of our school secured A’Grade in all items they participated.The young talented artist became the pride of our school proving their talents.The trophies and certificates were distributed by the honourable Education Minister Sri.Abdul Rub.
