Teachers Day is a special day for appreciating teachers, and includes celebrations to honour them for their special contributions towards a particular field, area, community and education.
We celebrated Teachers’ Day on September 5, 2023. Students expressed their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers and various programs were conducted in their honour. The events were musical chairs, dances, songs, speech, and ramp walk. One of our teachers, Smt. Ganga G. was honoured for completing 25 years of service with the Amrita family. Ashmita T. Manoj of Class IV was also honoured by our Principal. She had secured 1st prize for Kumite, and 2nd prize for Kata in Japan Shoto Suzaku Karate Inter Dojo Championship. Prizes were distributed for winners of each program. The programs concluded with a photo shoot.
