Republic Day was celebrated at our school premises on January 26th. The programme started with the National Anthem along with flag hoisting. A thought-provoking speech was delivered by Priyananda of Class VIII. Some students dressed up as various great personalities and freedom fighters. Students of classes III and IV participated in the march-past. We also held other programmes such as patriotic song, dances, poem visualization, mime, etc. A quiz related to Republic Day was conducted by the Social Science department, and prizes were distributed by HOD Smt. Ambujakshi Amma.
